Born and raised in the close-knit community of Hlatikulu, Machawe discovered his passion for music at an early age. Growing up immersed in both local and international gospel sounds, he spent countless afternoons singing along to his favorite hymns and worship songs—laying the foundation for a lifelong devotion to musical ministry.

Today, Machawe balances a career outside the music industry with his calling as a gospel musician. As a born-again believer, he proudly serves at the Jesus Calls Worship Center International, Nhlangano branch, where his heartfelt performances have become a source of encouragement and spiritual uplift for congregations near and far.

With a warm, soulful voice and a gift for songwriting, Machawe channels his faith into every note. Whether leading worship on Sunday mornings or working in the studio to craft new material, his goal is always the same: to draw listeners closer to Christ through melodies that resonate with hope, joy, and reverence.

Inspired by a rich tapestry of gospel influences—from local praise bands to internationally renowned worship artists—Machawe continues to grow both personally and artistically.
